Our programs focus on 1) Awareness: Entrepreneurship is an avenue to building wealth; 2) Engagement: Enables the entrepreneur to connect, learn and develop their business ideas; 3) Training: Business concepts, skills development and personalized advising provided to entrepreneurs to further develop and scale their business; 4) Resource Access: including access to funding, space and ecosystem connections, to support proof of concept through commercialization.

Here are some of our specific programs:

“An Evening With” Program was developed in 2015. The program is hosted three times a year providing our target market with an opportunity to hear personal and professional stories of women, immigrant and people of color entrepreneurs at varying stage of venture development.

The Fundamentals Program was developed in 2015. It is an entrepreneur development program that supports early, would-be entrepreneurs in life sciences in St. Louis. The program provides a one-on-one, customized business learning experience, including entrepreneurial coaching and resources for company founders from academic and industry communities, at no cost.

Entrepreneurially Thinking Podcast, launched in 2016, award-winning and regionally acclaimed. Designed to unlock our target audiences’ creativity and innovation mindset and have them step out of their comfort zone in order for them to create business success. Invited guests (with backgrounds in academia, corporate and small business) discuss their innovation mindset and how this has positively impacted their respective paths.

VISION Symposium, launched in 2015, the ONLY Inclusion Innovation event in the St. Louis region that celebrates, supports and educates women, people of color and immigrant entrepreneurs in a full day conference format.
