We work with over 1,000 entrepreneurs per year. Within two years, these entrepreneurs achieve an average 95% increase in business sales and 68% increase in household income.

We invest in the success of African-American entrepreneurs by providing hands-on training and coaching in business management and planning through our signature programs: The Community Business Academy and Business Acceleration Services. These programs provide a continuum of business development services that are distinct from much of the existing technical assistance/accelerator field by having a specific mission focus and corresponding program design that focuses intentionally on low-income women and minority entrepreneurs. Rising Tide Capital's (RTC) programming is a human capital investment into the entrepreneur, serving as a long-term, permanent contribution into the success of the entrepreneur's current and future business endeavors.

Mission

We are committed to the economic empowerment of low-income communities through entrepreneurship. Our mission is to assist low-income entrepreneurs and communities to build strong businesses that transform lives, strengthen families and create vibrant, sustainable neighborhoods. Our vision is to create a replicable model for high-quality entrepreneurial development services that can be locally adopted in low-income communities across the country and used as a catalyst for social and economic empowerment.
