1863 Ventures offers accelerator programs for New Majority entrepreneurs. We are sector agnostic but focus on serving businesses between near $100,000 annual recurring revenue to over $1 million. Our programs consist of cohort learning, online Labs and one-on-one coaching, and providing contextual technical assistance to our members. We link our training with market-based opportunities to reinforce learning, jump start implementation, and increase revenues and job creation.

Our Pipeline Program is open to New Majority entrepreneurs with $100,000 annual recurring revenue; the program consists of a one-week residency within 3 months of support. Our partnership with New Voices is committed to serving female entrepreneurs of color across the globe through purpose, access, capital, and expertise.

The firm provides several programs designed to support various stages in the life cycle to include early-stage and growth-stage.
