Communities Unlimited, Inc.
We offer small businesses customized one-on-one capacity building management and business skills consulting to help them identify growth issues and implement solutions.
Mission
Our mission is to move rural and under-resourced communities in areas of persistent poverty to sustainable prosperity.
Storytelling
We provided a micro loan to a salon owner that had years of experience as a cosmetologist. Over the years she developed a hair care product for her natural hair clients. Until she met Communities Unlimited, she was unable to obtain capital to launch her hair product line. Communities Unlimited provided her with the capital to launch her hair care product line and provided her with business and management consulting services over the three-year term of her loan. Today, her products are in several local salons and retailers.
