Summary

This report explores the necessity of inclusiveness of the banking system. Many US families do not have a mainstream banking relationship which sets them up for security, savings and access to fair and affordable credit. The combination of unbanked and underbanked U.S. households provides room for improvement for the agency to become committed to meeting the needs of the consumers.
